LEGENDS OF OGRE GATE CHAPTERS 59-60: BONE SLICER ARMOR AND THE SCROLL OF THE CAT DEMONS

At Wuxia World, you can follow the story of Sunan and Bao in the Legends of Ogre Gate series by Deathblade. The latest chapter is available HERE and HERE. If you want to start from the beginning, check out the INDEX.

BONE SLICER AMOR
This is the armor of the infamous Bone Slicers who served the Demon Emperor under the Bone General. Most look are iron lamellar with ivory ornaments signifying rank. The Iron Plates of the Lamellar were created in a process that blends Ogre Blood in during the smelting. They function much like normal armor of their kind with two important difference. The first is they do not impose any penalty to Speed. The second is they work against Kung Fu Techniques and other Qi-driven abilities. Against Blunt and Sharp Objects they impose a -2d10 to Damage Rolls. Against Qi Blasts, they impose a -3d10 to Damage.

SCROLL OF THE DEMON CATS
This Scroll comes in a wooden case with images of terrifying beasts carved on its surface. The scroll itself also contains such imagery and when unfurled, can release a storm of Cat Demons. This power can be used once per month. When unfurled the scroll releases 1d10 Cat Demons every round until a total of 50 have been released. They attack in a frenzied state but must return to the scroll within an hour.

CAT DEMONS OF THE SCROLL
Cat Demons of the Scroll resemble skinned cats with glowing green eyes. Their slender bodies are twisted and pained by their condition. They are very aggressive with an enormous appetite for human flesh. As they consume such meat, their own skin and fur regrows and reduces their own pain (for a time).
